The woman swept in like an extraordinarily leggy hurricane and raked her eyes over the aisles with a terrible and burning disdain. Jaida couldn't blame her. There were more CDs with Taylor Swift's pretty soft blonde face on them than CDs at all in the jazz section.
She surprised Jaida by storming right up to her, presenting her with a drumming gig and a Penderecki CD.
